And so life's been slow lately. Its been a month since I did my last shoot. Since this time last year I don't think I have ever gone that long before without actually doing anything with my camera. Oh wait... I photographed an Octanic Gig and another Mammal gig. That was abouuuuutttt it really.

Next Wednesday I have to hand back one of my favorite lenses I ever had the pleasure of using. I'm so sad about it, to the point where I had a damned good cry. But these things happen... and this is what happens when stuff out on loan. I'm dredding what I'm gonna do without it... that lens is my biggest inspiration for my work lately. I will live. I will learn to adapt with the lenses i have.

If anyone has a nikkor 16mm AF fisheye just laying around doing nothing and your interested in selling it or trading something for it, Im really interested. I will trade it for anything... including my soul... not including sexual favors.

And so this weekend I'm making the most of what time I have with that lens. I have two shoots lined up. First one being a long awaited shoot with Miss Moira, and the second being a quirky idea thought up by Kreecha with the lovely Miss Sick Puppy.

No paid work going at the moment is sucking pretty hard, so I'm also looking for a job. Anyone who knows of one doing anything from nightfill at coles to multimedia sort of shizz, I'd love to hear about it, and I'm willing to colour over my brightly colored hair to get it. DID I JUST SAY THAT? OH MY!

Yes its true... the stupidly bright coloured hair that has been on my head for the last four years... could just get coloured over its "natural" colour for the sake of nightfill at coles. Life eh?
